Much excitement around OIW Towers today as The Violet May finally release “Jennifer Lies”, the follow up to their debut single “Bright Or Better” and the first track from their forthcoming EP out next year.

“Jennifer Lies” is a hell of a track, full of riotous rebellion and howling guitars and we’re proper chuffed to be adding the tune to the OIW roster. Here’s an exclusive preview for you Oh! Inverted Worlders…

The Violet May – Jennifer Lies!

Oh! Inverted World are more than a little bit chuffed to announce a new single on our boutique label this month. Following the widespread praise they received when we put out their debut single “Bright Or Better” back in May, Sheffield 5-piece The Violet May release their follow up Jennifer Lies on November 22nd!

It’s a spanking tune that is already looking set for some big things, and this from a band who this year appeared on Steve Lamacq’s BBC 6Music show as his New Favourite Band, headlined London’s KOKO for Club NME, set off on a sold out Italian tour in October and recently opened for Band Of Skulls and Boxer Rebellion at the Energy Sessions Festival, as well as winning tons of support from Radio 1, XFM, 6Music, The Guardian, Clash, NME, Artrocker, etc.

The single is the first track from the forthcoming EP out next year and available for download from November 22nd. Here’s a first listen for you Oh! Inverted Worlders…
