O!IW Sessions

Recorded live at The Old Queens Head during soundcheck before each month’s Oh! Inverted World, the fantastic guys at Sound You Can See have started a series of beautifully filmed sessions for O!IW. Each month one artist from the bill holes up in a corner of the Old Queens Head to film one track. Here are the results.

JUNE – SOUTHERN

Ahead of another brilliant Oh! Inverted World night at The Old Queens Head in London, we had the brother / sister duo SOUTHERN perform a gorgeous version of a new track ‘Friends’ for us. Their current single ‘Where The Wild Are’ is also out now and available as a free download from http://www.facebook.com/southernmusic

Many thanks as always to Barry, Paddy and Ross from Sound You Can See (www.soundyoucansee.com) and The Old Queens Head (www.theoldqueenshead.com)

MAY – GOOD DANGERS

On a ridiculously sunny day in May, Oh! Inverted World pulled aside Good Dangers for a video session in a quiet corner of the Old Queens Head before their headline performance for our clubnight that night. And they treated us to this wonderful stripped back version of ‘Better Than You Were‘.
